I have found the internet is abundant with ‘health and fitness’ blogs. Many are inspiring, some have merit, but few are rooted in evidence-based research. It’s easy to get swept away by the latest trends that seem to be healthy, but it’s more important to understand the truth behind them. Replacing butter with coconut oil, or sugar with honey, does not necessarily make your food better for you.
