It can be overwhelming to be diagnosed with a new condition, especially when it means making some major changes to your lifestyle. One of the most challenging changes that often comes with these diagnoses is a new diet. We like what we know. We want our food to be easy and comfortable and we want it to taste great. Sometimes, a new diagnosis means you need to step outside of your comfort zone, but it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your food!
